register for our Youth and
Junior Summer Camps:
- Download
our camp
waiver
& intake form.
Fill out all of the required
information,
read the waiver carefully,
and fill out the bottom of
the waiver with
the appropriate names and
signatures.
- Mail the
completed waiver & intake
with a
cheque for $135 +GST
($141.75 total) to the
address below. This
will finalize your
registration and confirm
your place in the
Diamondawgs Camp.
- Arrive on Monday morning at 8:45am to check in and prepare for a great week of baseball!
