Indoor Development Camp: Ages 7-16
9:00am - 12:00pm

*Groups will be split based on age and skill level

*Players new to baseball will be introduced to the fundamental skills of the sport in a fun and positive environment.  

- Detailed instruction in all skill areas
- Quality reps in the cages to develop swing mechanics
- Defensive development
- Focus on arm strength and health 
- Weight room component
*​For athletes with weight room experience, this program will help maintain the strength and fitness you built in the off-season, help with injury prevention, and improve your foundation for future off-season programs
*For athletes with no weight room experience, this program will help with injury prevention and lay the foundation for future off-season training
