For players ages 8-12

These sessions are designed to give players a chance to prepare for upcoming evaluations. Players will be supervised and coaches will lead players through the drills, but there will be no formal instruction provided.
Session breakdown:
20 minutes - warm up and throw
Dynamic Warm Up
Arm prep (tubing, etc)
Long toss into netting & throwing for accuracy
20 minutes - hitting
Tee station
Front toss station
Machine station
20 minutes - defense
Ground balls
Forehand & backhand
*INDOOR SHOES REQUIRED
