In November of 2021 we opened the doors to a brand new 12,000 sq foot facility.
Unit K - 7008 5th St SE Calgary
This new facility features:
-3 full length batting cages that all have the ability to accommodate live at bats for softball (30', 35', 38', 40', 43') and baseball (46', 54', 60'6")
-2 front toss cages (35' long)
-2,100 sq foot bullpen area
-1,700 sq feet of weight room
-5 TV's to post practice plans or display data collection (Rapsodo, Blast, etc)

To Access Parking Lot from Blackfoot Trail Southbound:
-Just south of Glenmore Trail, take a left (east) on 71st Ave SE
-Follow 71st Ave SE to the T-intersection
-Turn left on 6th St SE
-Parking lot will be on your right across the street from Total Golf and Industrial Sandwich
To Access Parking Lot from Blackfoot Trail Northbound:
-Turn right (east) on Heritage Drive
-AFTER the lights on 77th Ave SE, take a slight left onto 6th Street SE before going down the hill towards Deerfoot Meadows
-Parking lot will be on your right across the street from Total Golf and Industrial Sandwich

In 2008, thanks to the generosity of some wonderful baseball parents, I started my first training groups in a space that was a fully operational warehouse during the day. There was one batting cage in a corridor in the warehouse that lifted just high enough for the forklifts to drive underneath. Each night the warehouse owner would drop a batting cage from the roof and I would lay out squares of turf for my hitting lessons. Have a look at the photos below that were taken from video analysis done in 2008. In the background you can see ellipticals, storage boxes, and even animal feed in the picture on the far right!

Two years later we developed another great partnship with Crash Conditioning. With schedules that had opposite busy times, this was an ideal arrangement that lasted more than a decade and saw us restructure our training space 3 times. The Diamondawgs Training Centre was 4200 sq feet amd was fully private. We operated the Diamondawgs Winter Training sessions out of that facility as well as the National Sport Academy Baseball Program. We partnered with select organizations who wish to utilize any remaining open time in the facility.
