On-Season Hitting

Hitters will learn the factors that influence the effectiveness of a swing, the areas of their swing that require adjustments, and how to self-monitor progress. Video analysis and radar gun readings will be used to maximize efficiency and limit extra movements. The hitting progression will cover the following:
1. Developing consistency in the preparatory phases of the swing
2. Improving transfer of power to maximize solid contact
3. Developing a consistent hitting approach
4. Focus will be on hitting approach and working through different situations and counts
**NOTE: Hitters will be grouped based on age & skill level**

Just because the season has started, doesn’t mean your training should end. Athletes looking to enhance sport performance should be in the weight room, maintaining their strength and ensuring they stay injury free YEAR ROUND. For baseball and softball athletes looking to keep improving, we have an 8 week in-season program for any experience level. For athletes with weight room experience, this program will help maintain the strength and fitness you built in the off-season, help with injury prevention, and improve your foundation for future off-season programs. For athletes with no weight room experience, this program will help with injury prevention and lay the foundation for future off-season training. The stronger you stay through the season, the stronger you can become in the off-season!
