Youth Skill Development (ages 8-12) |
Cost: $195 +GST
Training Option #1: Sundays (March 1st - April 12th) 10:00am-11:15am *No training Session on April 5th*
Training Option #2: Mondays (March 2nd - April 13th) 5:15pm-6:30pm *No training session on April 6th*
Improve your skills this off season! This program runs one day per week and will cover all of the baseball fundamentals as well as movement training to aid in injury prevention and improve athleticism. All drills and progressions will be focused on players ages 8-12 and will be taught in an environment with a low player to coach ratio.

This program is designed for players who will be "baseball age" 12-14 next season. This program is ideally suited for players who will:
-play Baseball Alberta U15 in 2026
-play Baseball Alberta U13 in 2026
-play Cal Ripken as a 12 year old in 2026
-play Babe Ruth as a 13 or 14 year old in 2026
-play Little League Majors AAA or AA All-Stars in 2026
*Any player who played Minors AAA All-Stars as a first year player in 2025 will need to email Coach Kawahara for approval to register: [email protected]*
With the increase in volume with club teams, Junior Academy players will train 1 day per week for 6 weeks. We will continue to develop all skills: defense, arm strength and pitching, hitting, agility and movement skills.

Pitching Development |
Ages 13-19 (groups will be formed by age)
Cost: $35/session
Pitchers can sign up for one session at a time in small groups. This will provide players with the flexibility to join a hitting session around their team training schedule.
This small group set up will allow pitchers to work specifically on the areas they need to develop as the season draws near. Coaches will be able to implement drills on an individual basis.

Hitting Development |

The physical demands placed on baseball players are unique. The games basic skills require incredible amounts of power and speed that must be combined with balance and stability in order to perform them with precision. The athletic, movement-based training style employed by Diamondawgs Conditioning will develop an athlete's strength while teaching them to stabilize their pelvis and core, maintain balance throughout dynamic movements, transfer power efficiently through the body, repeat mechanics with precision, and move with greater efficiency and speed. Each training session will be led by a certified strength & conditioning coach.
Cost: $150 +GST per training day
