On season training in the weight room for softball players is extremely important but needs to be done with right focus. As softball is mainly an anaerobic sport (without oxygen) the intensity needs to be high with the volume low. These session will aim at keeping athletes healthy and injury free during the season while at the same time working on improving rate of force development, overall strength and mobility.
Each training session will be led by Tricia Kawahara a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 20 years of experience.
Small Group Training will Emphasize:
-Low Coach to Player Ratio
-1-on-1 Attention
-Motivating Group Atmosphere
-Movement-Based Athletic Style of Training

Monday: 6:00pm-7:00pm
